REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

ezTagile is seeking US-based software development firms that have the capability to develop a software application that will include, but is not limited to:

  • Software as a service

  • Mobile & Web Development

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)

  • User Experience

  • Data Analytics / Data and Insights

  • SQL

  • Cloud Security 

  • API

  • Storage Capabilities

The software development firm should be experienced working with small businesses and able to apply agile principles to their development process.  

This RFI is for planning purposes only and should not be construed as a competitive solicitation nor should it be construed as an obligation on ezTagile’s part to enter into any contract or make any purchase. 

This RFI will pre-qualify vendors to receive information for bid (IFB).

In order for inquiries to be addressed, they must be received by August 12, 2020, by 5 p.m. EST. Inquiries received will then be answered in an addendum and published at www.eztagile.com/procurements

Preparation of Response

All information shall be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in this document.  No submittal shall be altered, amended, or withdrawn after the specified submittal due time and date. 

It is the responsibility of all respondents to examine the entire RFI and seek clarification of any requirement that may not be clear and to check all responses for accuracy before submitting a response. Respondents are strongly encouraged to: 

  • Consider applicable laws and/or economic conditions that may affect cost, progress, performance, or finishing of the products and services. 

  • Study and carefully correlate the respondent’s knowledge and observations with the RFI document and other related data. 

  • Promptly notify ezTagile of all conflicts, errors, ambiguities, or discrepancies a respondent has discovered in or between the RFI document and such other related documents.

 

EzTagile, LLC does not reimburse the cost of developing, presenting, or providing any response to this RFI. Responses submitted for consideration should be prepared simply and economically, providing adequate information in a straight forward and concise manner.  The respondent is responsible for all costs incurred in responding to this RFI.  All materials and documents submitted in response to this RFI become the property of ezTagile, LLC, and will not be returned.  

Submission of Information

Withdrawal of Submittal

Submittals must be in the actual possession of the ezTagile specified email address on or prior to the exact time and date indicated in the schedule events. 

The submission must include: 

  • Respondent’s Name 

  • Respondents Address 

  • RFI Title

At any time prior to the RFI due date and time, a respondent (or designated representative) may withdraw the submittal by submitting a request in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative. 

Executive Summary

EzTagile, LLC issues this RFI to solicit information on available software development companies to be invited to private information to bid (IFB). EzTagile is seeking US-based software development firms that have the capability to develop a software application that will include, but not limited to security protocols, artificial intelligence, storage capabilities, algorithms for data processing, API development.  The software development firm should be able to apply agile principles to their development process.  Once the IFB has been extended to select software development companies, each company will be asked to review and sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.  Specific details of the RFP will be provided at the private IFB meeting.

The written summary should be submitted as a PDF only. Respondents are asked to provide a comprehensive written summary that describes:

  • Who they are

  • Skills and capabilities

  • Case studies or portfolio showcasing successfully completed work

  • Certifications, Designations, Awards received

  • Team Information (size, description of team members, team member location)

What other details can you provide now about this project and partnership?

  • This project is a unique and amazing opportunity. However, we are not disclosing further information at this time. We will reveal all of the details of this project during the confidential IFB (Invitation to Bid) session that will come after this RFI closes.  In the meantime, please send us your business profile.  Let us know all about your company and the great work you have done and what skills you bring to the table. We will evaluate all companies that submit to this RFI.  If you fit what we are looking for in a company, you will receive an invitation to a private, confidential session where we will provide all of the specific details about this project so that you can create a proposal. All companies invited to the IFB session will be asked to sign a mutual NDA before attending.   

Can we set up a call with you before we submit a proposal or receive and IFB?

  • No, for the sake of efficiency and security, we will be strictly following the process outlined above. We look forward to the opportunity to speak with all of our applicants about the project, but we can not do so until after they have submitted a proposal to procurement@eztagile.com and been selected for the IFB (Invitation to Bid).
