Jackie Owino

​

Head of Atlassian Services

Jackie has 20+ years of working in IT, primarily in Software Engineering and Release Management. She has extensive experience leading and coaching organizations in their adoption of Agile frameworks and supporting ALM collaboration tools. 

 

Her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Atlassian’s suite of products enables her to effectively tailor savvy solutions to the needs of her clients. 

 

Jackie is an Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator(ACP-100), Atlassian Certified Agile Development with JIRA Software (ACP-300) Certified Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA®), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM®).

 

Jackie is extremely passionate about driving the advancement of DevOps practices across multiple industries and is active in user groups and forums in Research Triangle Park, NC. She is also an avid reader and enjoys traveling to new places with her family.

Andrew Kirk (Andy)

Customer Relationship Manager

Andy received his B.A. from West Virginia University and brings 20+ years of experience working in account and client management.  He has extensive experience in technology and software, supporting several industries including Training / Education, Insurance, Energy, Healthcare, Mining, Aerospace, Golf, and Fantasy Sports.  His background includes project management, operations, training, and customer support, and has assisted companies from start-ups to one’s with global reach.

​

Andy has been involved in his local community for years, volunteering for such organizations as Meals on Wheels, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Miracle League of The Triangle, Junior Achievement USA, and the Cary Police Department.  He currently serves on the Town of Cary’s Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Resources Advisory Board is Chair of the Town of Cary’s Athletic Committee, and serves on the Board of The Friends of the Page-Walker.

Maria Vejar

Branding and Marketing Director

Maria Vejar earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication degree from Instituto Técnico de Estudios Aplicados in Malaga, Spain and a B.A. in Broadcast Communications degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. ​
​

Qualified by more than sixteen years of experience in the field of Organizational Communication, Public Relations, and Broadcast Media industry.  Her specialties are coordination of events and clients, media relations, and management of production teams, anchors, and audiences. ​
Prior to joining ezTagile, she served as Assistant Director of Admissions for Communication at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At UNC she oversaw all communications and tactics to increase applications and enrollment of top students.   She also served as Communications Coordinator at El Pueblo Inc, a Latino advocacy organization in Raleigh NC.​
​
Maria is fluent in both Spanish and English.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, exercising, and traveling with her family to new places.​

Alexandria Gay (Alex)

Business Operations

Alex is the Business Operations Manager for ezTagile. Though relatively new to the agile industry, she is quickly gaining expertise through practical emersion and more traditional training courses. Thus far, she has become a Certified Scrum Master with a strong proficiency in a number of agile tools and frameworks. ​

​

She is an honors graduate from the University of Houston, in Texas, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing alongside minors in Sales, Political Theory, and Energy and Sustainability. She is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa, the oldest and most prestigious honors society in the United States.​

​

Alex is an avid reader, musician, and hiker who lives in Durham, North Carolina with her boyfriend and two dogs.
