Joyce Juleau is an agile practitioner, trainer, coach, facilitator, organizational transformation consultant, and mentor with a proven background in driving agile adoption at the enterprise and team levels for Fortune 500 companies.

Joyce brings extensive experience delivering critical IT transformations and process improvements while helping organizations, teams, and individuals unlock their intrinsic potential to accelerate value delivery to their customers. 

​

Joyce is married and is a mother of two boys. Joyce enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with family.

Tia DeMaria

Head of Agile Coaching and Education

Fidelity Investments

Tia DeMaria is Head of Agile Coaching and Education at Fidelity Investments, a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to more than 30 million individuals, institutions, and financial intermediaries. Tia leads a team of agile coaches who help Fidelity adopt an agile mindset through the use of lean values, principles, and practices to accomplish strategic objectives, and client & business outcomes.  The team supports workplace investing, advanced process solutions, and healthcare through mentoring, advising, and facilitating.  

 

Tia earned her bachelor of arts and sciences degree in political science from the University of Georgia and her MBA with a concentration in finance from Virginia Tech.  She is a Certified Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA®), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), a Certified IC Agile Professional – Agile Coach (ICP-ACC®), a certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner, and a certified AgilityHealth Facilitator (AHF).  In her spare time, she is writing her dissertation to complete her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Sally Jones

Vice President, Product Development 

Fidelity Investments

Sally Jones is VP of Customer Solutions for the Stock Plan Services Product team at Fidelity Investments.  As a true servant leader, she supports the “people and process” side of the SPS Product team through focusing on employee talent development and her oversight of continuous improvement within the product development lifecycle. 

 

Sally is passionate about change management and believes that inclusive collaboration and transparent communication are the keys to successful project management and larger organizational transformations. 

 

Sally collaborated to lead the adoption of agile as the software development methodology within Stock Plan Services and continues to support the Fidelity-wide adoption of an agile mindset.

Rick Cusolito

Rick Cusolito has been trying to influence positive change for most of his career. As an Agile Coach for more than a decade, his role has allowed him to flex into different areas to help others bring their best selves to work. In Rick's view, success is when his client has internalized the coaching to the point that they are ready to lead the way.

 

Rick considers himself lucky to have a career that places a high value on qualities that have traditionally been viewed as feminine - relationships, nurturing, compassion, vulnerability, caring, and cooperation - and that the greatest influences in his life, both personally and professionally, have been women. Rick is excited to be invited into a conversation about #WomenInAgile, supporting and amplifying a diverse and empowered community.

Bridgette Wilson

Bridgette is a  skilled and dependable, change-agent who is continually focused on helping enterprises adopt systems thinking and a lean-agile mindset.  She is experienced at working in a distributed model and identifying best practices for distributed global agile teams.  She is also a collaborative communicator who is skilled in building and strengthening relationships across cross-functional teams to drive cohesive, strategic operations.


She holds certifications such as Certified Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC5®), Certified Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA®), Certified Scaled SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE®), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM®), and a PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). She also holds a Masters of Science Degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree.


Bridgette is also a grill master who owns 3 grills and a smoker. She hopes to one day get on the BBQ Competition Circuit. She is also a Carolina Panther Fanatic.

Jackie Owino

Head of Atlassian Services

Jackie has 20+ years of working in IT, primarily in Software Engineering and Release Management. She has extensive experience leading and coaching organizations in their adoption of Agile frameworks and supporting ALM collaboration tools. 

 

Her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Atlassian’s suite of products enables her to effectively tailor savvy solutions to the needs of her clients.  

 

Jackie is an Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator(ACP-100), Atlassian Certified Agile Development with JIRA Software (ACP-300) Certified Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA®), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM®).

 

Jackie is extremely passionate about driving the advancement of DevOps practices across multiple industries and is active in user groups and forums in Research Triangle Park, NC. She is also an avid reader and enjoys traveling to new places with her family.
