Tyachenna has, for over 10 years’, worked with business partners to fulfil training and learning design initiatives. Tyachenna has delivered top-quality training and instructional content and maximized learning that allowed for sustained performance in the learners’ career capacity. ​

Tyachenna has maintained effective customer relationships by understanding the customer business processes and culture. She currently works directly with customers to train users on the effective use of newly implemented software and improve documentation that maximizes their business results and personal experience using the newly implemented software. ​

Tyachenna Bradley is a trained Instructional Designer and Learning and Development Coordinator with a Master of Science degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Southern New Hampshire University.​
 

In her spare time, Tyachenna enjoys cooking, reading, singing and participating in charitable events that give back to the community.
